Need a good SailPoint IdentityIQ experience (5 to 8 years’ experience) profile who has expertise in operations support, development, and leadership quality.

[Job Overview]:
Demonstrate hands-on experience of operations support, implementing and leading:
o Sailpoint IIQ tool including,
o Active Directory
o Non-Human accounts
o Access reviews
o Reporting
o Workflows
o Rules & Policies
o Forms
o Synchronization
o Reconciliation
o Password Sync
o Provisioning/De-Provisioning into LDAP, Active Directory, SAP and other resources
Must have experience in operations support, development projects and must be comfortable troubleshooting issues on Linux, Java, SailPoint IIQ, LDAP and AD and also have leadership qualities and experience.
Should have experience with ITSM tools usage.
[Primary Skills]:
- Must have experience in operations support/managed services of Sailpoint IIQ along with experience of ITSM tools usage.
- Experienced at coding in Java and shell scripts using Sailpoint IIQ along with reporting and access reviews.
- Candidates having experience integrating with multiple. applications/connectors like AD, Workday, SAP, webservices etc and/or with leadership experience will be given strong consideration.
- Clear understanding on end-to-end Joiner/Mover/Leaver process (Both functionally & technically).
- Experience in either defining or solutioning migration of any IAM tool.
- Understanding the current market trends related to Identity & Access management and ability to rationalize.
[Good to have Skills]:
- Certified in Sailpoint IdentityIQ Engineer certification exam.
- Knowledge of other IAM tools like OIM, Saviynt, NetIQ, Cyberark or similar tools.
[Responsibilities and Duties]:
- Leading team on the operations part and assisting in support and enhancements at an overlapping shift time and regular shift time when required.
- Clear understanding on end-to-end Joiner/Mover/Leaver process (Both functionally & technically)
- SailPoint IdentityIQ operations & development expertise in AD and related technologies
