SUMMARY
The IT team is looking for an IAM Engineer to help spread the Wiz magic. Reporting to the IT Manager, you will contribute your experience and technical expertise to the corporate IAM function. Significant depth is required for this role as is familiarity with managing identity across a variety of platforms. WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Enhance and maintain corporate security posture through effective identity controls.
- Tackle projects and process improvements related to corporate IAM.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance of identity platforms and integrated systems.
- Analyze data and develop business cases to inform implementations and the IAM roadmap.
- Partner with leadership and relevant stakeholders to develop KPIs and identity governance strategies and procedures.
- Stay current on technologies used by the company.
- Educate and empower employees on industry best practices to enhance security, efficiency, and compliance.
- Participate in developing compliance policies and completing audit-related activities.
- Ensure an excellent experience for administrators and end users alike.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years of experience in IT roles with at least 2 of those being primarily focused on Okta.
- Experience configuring and maintaining IAM solutions for a variety of IaaS and SaaS applications.
- Experience with workflow automation platforms and leveraging APIs to orchestrate systems.
- Must have deep expertise with Okta and Microsoft Entra, with a focus on configuring, managing, and optimizing identity controls.
- Experience in integrating and optimizing enterprise applications like Atlassian, Google Workspace, Slack, and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in a scripting language (python) for automating tasks is a bonus.

Compensation
Starting compensation will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate's job-related experience, skills and geographic location. Your Talent Partner can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
This role is eligible to participate in Wiz’s equity plan and may also include incentive compensation.
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is listed below.
US Base Pay Range
$128,500—$176,500 USD
