ALTEN MÉXICO, a recognized leader in engineering consulting, is seeking a Hydraulic Design Engineer (Product Development Engineer) to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on the design, development, and optimization of hydraulic systems for various applications in automotive and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in hydraulic engineering to contribute to innovative product designs that meet customer needs while adhering to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop hydraulic systems and components using advanced CAD software.
- Conduct simulations and analyses to ensure hydraulic designs meet performance, efficiency, and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hydraulic systems into larger systems or products.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Perform testing and validation of hydraulic prototypes, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve and optimize existing hydraulic designs and processes.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports to support design decisions and project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in hydraulic design or product development.
- Proficiency in hydraulic simulation software and CAD tools. (CREO ... )
- Solid understanding of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and hydraulics.
- Solid knowledge of Hydraulic Design, Hose Routing, Harness Design
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with product testing and validation processes.
