In this role, you will:
- Work a 40-hour full-time schedule, including:
- Average of 25 scheduled sessions per week (scheduling up to 28 to account for cancellations)
- Hours between 8am and 7pm (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday with weekends off
- Practice evidence-based psychotherapy for individual adults (18+) with varying levels of acuity that can be safely and effectively served with once-a-week teletherapy
- Participate in weekly case consultation and wellness hours, monthly professional development, and bi-weekly cross-functional collaboration
- Thoughtfully integrate technology into practice to provide data-driven care
- Communicate with mental health providers and offer referrals as needed
- Provide exceptional care to clients while maintaining the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, including utilizing HIPAA compliant platforms as well as adhering to all internal policies and procedures, and professional codes of ethics
- Complete documentation in compliance with all relevant regulations and in a timely manner
- Support client consults within your first 6-8 weeks to build a new hire caseload. Note that supporting client consults during this time frame is optional and based on business needs. It is not required for employment at Two Chairs.
Requirements:
- You must be licensed in Florida
- If you're not licensed in one of our active states, follow us on LinkedIn to stay updated. We may come to your state in the future!
- You will need one of the following license types to qualify for the role: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Florida
- Comfort commuting to the specified location 3 times a week.
- Clinical experience treating adult individuals (18+)
- Experience practicing with evidence-based psychotherapies
- Are comfortable incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
Pre-licensed Clinicians: if you are more than 2 months away from independent licensure, please check back in with us when you’re closer to taking your exam.

Compensation:
- W2 guaranteed salary for this full-time, exempt role targeted between $61,000 and $120,000 annually. Additional earning potential through annual increases, and referral program.
- Annual base salary is determined by place of residence, years of licensure, and level (Clinician and Clinician II) as assessed during interviews.
- Zone 1 / San Francisco Bay Area and New York City | $81,000 - $120,000
- Zone 2 / California (Non-SF), Austin, Boston, Chicago, DC, Portland, Seattle | $74,000 - $110,000
- Zone 3 / Washington State (Non-Seattle), Denver, Miami, Philadelphia | $64,000 - $99,000
- Zone 4 / Florida (Non-Miami), all other Remote locations | $61,000 - $94,000
