This position is responsible for the sales of HumiCool system to include GTEC, FA6, GAS Compression and DH rental sales

We’re looking for a skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Sales Manager for evaporative cooling and DH rental systems. This position is responsible for managing the needed application engineers required to support quotes and sales.  Thes sales may be to direct end users or OEM’s.  These products will be manufactured in various plants to include Mexico, Texas, Ft. Myers, and Massachusetts. This position will communicate with operations personnel in all  locations and will require travel to the plants from time to time.  This position will require additional travel to meet with customers and to attend trade shows. This position can have a remote office.

  • Develop, plan and manage efforts to achieve budget targets throughout the year
  • Maintain and build solution portfolio to ensure continued profitable growth.
  • Provide structured input to new product development.
  • Continue developing the sales organization to meet with growth targets.
  • Engage customers to find needs and drive sales
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to enable timely deliveries through well-established forecasting processes
  • Manage applications engineers related to these sales
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Communications to generate selling opportunities
  • Increase the business volume, improve efficiency and profitability as well as financial visibility
  • Work cross functionally with all functions including Sales, R & D, Production, Finance, Human Resources, Strategic Sourcing and Purchasing
  • Locally support development and implement strategy for growth, both geographically and through scope expansion
  • Create appropriate briefing for product development in line with market opportunities
  • Responsible for monthly Forecasts, Orders, Revenue and grow and maintain margin

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Evaporative cooling and desiccant technical skills
  • 4 years experienced sales skills
  • Experience with the AirTech Market preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to perform sedentary work to light physical labor. Exerting up to 30 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
  • Daily walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing for sustained periods of time, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
  • Required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; expansive reading; visual inspection involving small defects, small parts and/or operation of machines; using measurement devices; and/or assembly of fabrication of parts at distances close to the eyes.
  • The worker is not substantially exposed to adverse environmental conditions.
