Medela LLC is seeking a Human Resources Specialist
•    This position will provide support for our HR team and allow a person to continue to grow in their HR career.
•    You will aid with and facilitate the human resources processes and procedures. Collaborate with the Human Resources team and employees to coordinate the day-to-day delivery of administrative and operational support.
•    We are looking for a positive-minded individual with a creative side.

Key Experience Needed: Human Resources Specialist
•    Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
•    At least two years of related experience preferred
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams)
•    Ability with numbers; will be responsible for invoices and expenses
•    Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•    Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities 
•    Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
•    Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities
•    Knowledge of Human Resources laws
•    Understanding of human resources principles, practices and procedures
•    Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English

Position Responsibilities-Human Resources Specialist 
•    Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
•    Answers frequently asked questions from employees relating to standard policies, benefits, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
•    Tracks budget, expenses, and invoices.
•    Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
•    Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
•    Coordinate and deliver New Hire Orientation on a regular basis and assist with enhancement of onboarding processes.
•    Provide clerical support to the HR department including but not limited to checklists and Workday activities, as well as various HR programs & processes
