What does a successful Human Resources Operations Specialist do at Fiserv?

The Fiserv AskHR team, supports close to 40,000 #FiservProud associates globally, ensuring a positive experience from new hire onboarding through their entire journey with Fiserv.

As an HR Operations Specialist you will be a part of a team that provides exceptional service and fuels an environment where associates thrive. What you will do:

• Serve as the primary contact for associates and external clients to address a wide range of HR-related inquiries.
• Develop a deep understanding of associate needs and provide timely, accurate and effective solutions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and demonstrate flexibility in meeting evolving needs of our associates.
• Utilize your technical skills to navigate and learn new systems and processes.
• Influence and guide associates to leverage the resources and expertise of the AskHR team.

What you will need to have:

• 1+ years human resource experience or 2+ years of customer service experience
• Experience working with Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school degree or equivalent

What would be great to have:

• Bachelor’s degree
• HR Operations or HR Shared Services experience
• Experience with Workday and/or interactive voice response (IVR) systems
