For our office in Ukraine, we are currently seeking for a motivated Human Resources Operations Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will handling a diverse spectrum of HR activities, such as payroll administration, employee benefits, reporting, labor relations and administration.
Responsibilities
- Managing employees’ administration processes in alignment with local legislation policies and compliance.
- Conducts reporting and analysis for payroll and benefits administration.
- Creates and maintains employees’ records in HRMS system (employee assignment, qualifications, terminations) in accordance with Group guidelines and standards.
- Handles absence management through HRMS. Ensures all tasks (vacation, illnesses, parental leave, work from home etc) are conducted in accordance with local legal requirements and compliance.
- Reporting work with 1C company software.
- Provide personnel statistics data, internal reporting and labor market analysis.
- Coordinate collaboration with insurance company, mobile operator and other providers.
- Ensure the company follows Printec and HR policies & regulations, as well as local workforce laws.
- 5+ years proven working experience as HR Coordinator, HR Operations Specialist or HR Generalist.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law.
- Proficient command of the English language.
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Excellent communication; ability to work in international, multi-cultural organizations in a global environment.
