About the Position
As the Human Resource Manager, you will provide strategic and operational human resources support to the organization and undertake a wide range of HR tasks as the regional on-site employee point of contact.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment with internal teams and will be the subject-matter expert for HR compliance, policy interpretation, and corrective action planning related issues. The ideal candidate has deep experience in managing policies and programs to maintain compliance with all federal and local employment laws. You have the ability to interface and influence employees and managers of all levels to ensure compliance standards are upheld.
Ultimately you are a detail-oriented project manager with strong organizational skills and a passion to utilize technology to support HR-related processes, staying current and up to date on the ever-changing employment law landscape and takes immediate action when necessary.
Primary Responsibilities

Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to performance, leave management, benefits, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.

Ability to understand, interpret and advise on the application of various state and federal employment laws.

Oversee the leave management process including vendor relationships.

Support performance management through performance improvement plans and disciplinary actions.

Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.

Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.

Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.

Maintain HR systems and processes.

Analyze trends and identify/recommend improvements in all areas of human resources.

Build strong relationships with external suppliers, fostering trust and promoting collaboration.

Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Advise both employees and management regarding employment law, policies, and procedures. Monitors annual compliance activities including employment law notice requirements.

Conducts periodic audits of various Human Resources processes to ensure adherence to employment laws, policies, and procedures. Report findings and makes recommendations for corrective actions.

Provide support and guidance to HR staff.

Oversee the Oklahoma City, OK office onsite.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

5 to 8 years of HR experience.

Knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.

Knowledge of HRIS Systems, preferred Workday.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Certification in Human Resources (PHR, SPHR, CP, SCP and/or HR Project Management certification)
Normal Working Hours and Conditions
- Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations across different time zones.
