We are seeking a Human Resources Manager - Commercial to join our team.

As a key member of the Alpine HR team, this role will report to the Division HR Director and be responsible for providing holistic support to Alpine’s commercial functions in a strong business partnership capacity. The HR Manager - Commercial will also be responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.


Job Description

  • Lead HR activity for assigned functional groups related to major initiatives including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development 

  • Partner with Division HR Director to complete organizational assessments to ensure functional alignment with overall business objectives 

  • Provide coaching to managers on leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to foster high performing, engaged teams 

  • Ensure workplace planning and acquisition strategy is in place for talent pipeline

  • Identify and accelerate development of hi-potential talent through intentional and differentiated development plans 

  • Act as a “culture champion” by promoting and embedding ITW’s Core Values in daily responsibilities

  • Additional projects as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field required 

  • 6+ years of progressive, strategic experience in all facets of human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry

  • Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering great results 

  • HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred) with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
