As a Human Resources Intern, you will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build their HR knowledge and skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and documentation.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Help organize and coordinate HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills in human resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to the team.
