We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful HR Intern to join our team for the next 3-4 months. The ideal candidate has the ability to ensure smooth and effective HR operations and has a passion for continually improving both process and experience.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process onboarding, role change, and termination workflows.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with HR standards.
- Assist with performance management processes.
- Assist with benefits open enrollment.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to support and improve team member experiences.
- Communicate with external vendors to resolve issues.
- Advise on HR policies and programs.
- Potential to assist with special projects working closely with the HR Director.
- Potential to assist with recruiting process.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years administrative work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong documentation and accurate record-keeping skills.
Extra points:
- Actively enrolled or have completed higher education or certification related to human resource management, business, or other related fields.

- Microsoft Teams / Office 365 suite
- Paylocity
- Employee Navigator
- Lattice
- ConnectWise PSA
This is a hybrid position. Employees will work both on-site and remotely.
