We are looking for an experienced and driven HRIS Analyst IV who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for learning under pressure, and is ready to lead others toward excellence. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner closely with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Workday HCM solutions that improve how we serve our people.

Position offers a starting salary range of $117,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Lead and Mentor: Provide guidance to junior HRIS analysts and cross-functional stakeholders; serve as a mentor and go-to expert for complex configuration and strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with HR leaders and key stakeholders to translate business needs into system solutions, with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and user experience.
- System Oversight: Own end-to-end project delivery for complex system changes, from requirement gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a Workday SME—driving optimization in business processes, integrations, and security models, while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify system or process gaps and champion enhancements through research, testing, and stakeholder buy-in.
- Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user-friendly documentation and training to support knowledge transfer and system adoption across the organization.
- Knowledge Leadership: Stay current on HRIS best practices, Workday Community insights, and system innovations—bringing forward new ideas and fostering a learning culture.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar, and 5+ years experience progressive hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms, including HCM, business processes, reporting, and security.
- Demonstrated success leading HRIS projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive business results.
- Experience mentoring junior team members and providing technical guidance to peers.
- Proven ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to guide others through complex problem-solving in high-pressure situations.
- Deep understanding of HR functions and operational practices.
- Exceptional critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts to business users and influence decision-makers.
- Adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus and supports our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
