A day in the life.

As our Human Resources Generalist on the Human Resources team, you’ll be responsible for leading many of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department for the MN & WI offices. The HR Generalist is a key contributor in areas of recruitment, compensation & benefits, compliance, employee relations and learning & development. This role is a trusted partner to assigned departments and helps support and execute on broad business strategies.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • High School diploma required, bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years related experience in a service oriented human resources role
  • Strong knowledge of multiple human resources disciplines including recruiting & onboarding, employee relations & performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and colleague engagement & wellbeing

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Certification in Human Resources Management through a PHR or SHRM
  • Experience leading and supporting Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion initiatives
  • Experience leading colleague engagement and community partnership initiatives

The applicable base salary range for this role is $60,500 - $105,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
