Responsibilities:
- Work with external recruiting agency to process all applicants in Workday.
- Communicate with new hires regarding process for advancing to offer, if applicable.
- Prepare and deliver offer letters to new hires.
- Communicate with hew hires related to pre-employment drug screens and other background processes.
- Work with HRIS team to start pre-employment drug screens and other background processes.
- Communicate with hiring managers and teams regarding status of candidates in the hiring process.
- Work with new hires and hiring managers related to day 1 instructions.
- Prepare various ad hoc reports and perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
- HS diploma or GED is required, Associates degree is strongly preferred.
- Experience providing administrative support in a human resources capacity.
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with an HRIS system (Workday preferred).
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, as well as solid customer relations skills and experience
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to function effectively in a heavily matrixed environment.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, and other fundamental business-related mathematics.
