This is an onsite, full-time position where you'll dive into a variety of HR administrative tasks and make a real impact on our organizational goals. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with our Business Aviation HR Business Partners and the HR Leader, helping to streamline processes, implement innovative procedures, and provide top-notch support to our amazing employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and handle employee inquiries.
  • Administer HR programs like service awards and recognition.
  • Process unemployment claims and conduct background checks.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
  • Assist with payroll, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports and data.
  • Organize employee events and recognition.
  • Support HRIS data entry and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
  • Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on HR experience required
  • Knowledge of Federal and multi-State employment law and equity regulations.
  • Experience using HR software and HRIS databases (Workday preferred).
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • DOT experience is a plus.
  • Effective HR administration and project management skills.
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently when needed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and related business and communication tools.
