A day in the life.
As our HR Coordinator on the HR Services team, you will play a crucial role in supporting employees throughout their employment journey. Your day will involve serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, supporting our HR Business Partners, and facilitating employee engagement initiatives.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on HR administration and colleague support.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service orientation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Associate’s Degree and/or equivalent preferred
- PHR (Professional in Human Resources) preferred
- Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration
