- Responsible for the execution of critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management, talent acquisition, talent development and workforce
- Builds credible relationships with front, mid and senior-level leaders through trust, collaboration and effective communication
- Work with leaders and employees to build and maintain a positive employee relations environment
- Support local leadership in the execution of policy interpretation and enforcement execution

- Assure compliance with all labor laws (LFT, NOM 035, etc.)
- Prevent and follow up legal compliance.
- Establish and maintain accurate personnel employment records which fulfill legal, corporate, and general business requirements for pertinent up-to-date team member information
- Maintains and Follow up the Strategic Talent Review/Succession Plan and design development plans to the employees
- Assure equitable, motivating wage and salary administration procedures
- Identify, plan, and conduct or coordinate training programs, seminars, etc.
- Define Strategies to increase or Maintain Leader Effectiveness and Employee Engagement though Annual Employee Survey
