We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator & General Affairs Professional to support our People team and enhance HR practices. This role will contribute to building an employee-oriented, high-performance culture focused on empowerment, quality, and productivity. Responsibilities include HR operations, employee engagement, training support, and general administrative tasks to ensure smooth workplace operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about fostering a positive work environment.

 Responsibilities:

1. Human Resources (HR) General

  • Foster an employee-oriented company culture focused on quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
  • Assist HR staff in implementing company-wide programs that align with strategic goals.
  • Maintain employee records and HR filing systems to ensure compliance and organization.
  • Perform additional HR-related tasks as assigned by the Head of HR.

2. Training & Development

  • Design and implement training programs for employees at all levels, including onboarding orientation.
  • Develop leadership training initiatives to nurture future leaders.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ensure training programs comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain records of employee training and certifications for compliance and tracking.

3. Employee Engagement

  • Develop and implement Employee Engagement Programs to enhance motivation and retention.
  • Organize team-building activities, events, and initiatives to strengthen workplace culture.
  • Monitor and enhance the employee experience through surveys, feedback, and action plans.
  • Conduct employee satisfaction surveys (SCI reports), analyze trends, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Manage employee communication platforms to improve transparency and involvement.

4. General Affairs (GA)

  • Oversee office operations and maintenance across all locations (with support from local GA teams).
  • Manage company assets and inventory to ensure proper utilization and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments and employees as needed.
Requirements
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or warehousing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and data reporting tools.
  • Excellent computer skills, including a high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Effective oral and written communication
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
  • General knowledge of various HR practices and procedures
  • Ability to read and analyze procedures and regulations
  • Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to Travel: up to 10 % in U.S.
