Interface is seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) professional to support certain global markets such as Marketing, Finance, Services, IT, Legal, Sustainability, Innovation, R&D, Design and Product functional areas. This role will report to the Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations and will be based in Atlanta, Georgia at its headquarters.
The global HRBP is a strategic leadership partner who develops and executes organizational strategies and processes that align structure, culture and talent with business goals, while providing support and coaching to the leadership teams. In addition, the HRBP will provide indirect leadership to other HR support roles that provide individual support and front-line leader partnership to associates in remote and on-site populations.
Essential Responsibilities:
- The HR Business Partner is responsible for providing expertise and guidance in all areas of organization support, including HR & business strategy alignment, organization design, workforce planning, culture, change management, leadership development and coaching, and employee relations and employee wellbeing.
- Partner with the business leaders to develop, execute and directly deliver both long-term and short-term HR strategies that directly support and enable business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to develop and embed a supportive and mission-aligned organizational culture and leverage change management techniques to assist in driving function and organization wide change.
- Build organizational capabilities and partner with clients to maximize team performance.
- Provide timely, effective and direct coaching and support to business leaders, assisting in the development of strong, best-in-class leadership skills.
- Provide coaching to key talent as it pertains to career path development and performance management.
- Influence and provide context on HR policies and the development of effective programs and procedures in response to business and staff needs in areas of recruitment, onboarding, associate engagement, complex employee/business issues, organizational structure, and offboarding.
- Lead the business through critical HR operating rhythms, and directly execute on, such as – but not limited to – Great Places to Work initiatives, compensation programs and processes, and performance management.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting executives and their teams in a global business environment

- Strong experience in handling complex employee and/or business critical issues with the ability to solve problems independently and effectively.

- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels.
- Ability to work in changing environments, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive/diverse workforce.
- Capable of handling multiple issues and/or projects simultaneously and executing them to completion.
This is a hybrid working environment - in office 3 days a week.
