What You'll DoAs an HR Business Partner, you’ll play a critical role in shaping our people strategy and fostering an engaged workforce. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with site leaders to drive performance, innovate solutions, and create a safe, inclusive, and thriving workplace.
  • Talent Development: Implement and manage talent strategies, including coaching, succession planning, individual development plans, and leadership reviews.
  • Recruitment Excellence: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to craft strategies that attract and retain top talent, ensuring full staffing at all times.
  • Compensation Expertise: Educate leaders on our compensation structure, ensuring pay-for-performance consistency and alignment with our Total Rewards philosophy.
  • HR Leadership: Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals, fostering collaboration and driving continuous improvement.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure HR processes meet all federal, state, and local legal requirements, including collective bargaining agreements where applicable.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze workforce metrics like absenteeism and turnover, advocating for improvements based on actionable insights.
  • HR Operations: Support payroll, benefits, and leave administration to ensure seamless HR operations.

What You’ll BringWe’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to make an impact. Here’s what you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience or related field expertise.
  • Foundational knowledge of HR laws, compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a comfort with HR systems.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25%.
