Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) proactively serves as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, acting as an employee champion and change agent. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated solutions and formulates partnerships across the HR function that deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The ability to think broadly, be curious and use data to drive decision making is essential for this role. This role will support our Steelcraft manufacturing site.
This role will require onsite support and is not available to be worked remotely.
What You Will Do:

Work with team to proactively develop solutions to support positive labor relations and to establish and maintain productive internal and external working relationships.

Contribute to the business strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes

Support managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy

Identify employee training needs and work with SME to identify training options
-
Facilitate long-term initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda

Help the business unit leader to provide employees with development opportunities and ensure that they can meet current and future performance standards

Develop and promote feedback mechanisms for employees to influence Allegion’s culture and to facilitate continuous improvement

Provide expert advice and coaching to employees and managers
-
Act as a liaison between the business leaders and HR to ensure that HR services are aligned with internal client needs

Identify new opportunities where HR can add value to the business

Maintain a knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends

Manage specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives

Use data and problem-solving methodologies for continuous improvement

Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, compensation, employee engagement, learning and growth, culture, change management, and strategic talent management.

Provide consultative guidance and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.

Implement organizational development, workforce or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the COE.

Manages employee relations issues

What You Need to Succeed:

4-year college degree required in business, human resources or related field

5 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HRBP roles

Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholders in multiple locations
