Job Description

As an Associate, People Shared Services (within the People Success/HR function) responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating people processes during the employment life cycle. The Associate supports all areas of the People Success as well as persons in other support areas such as Finance and IT. You’ll balance multiple high-priority assignments while developing partnerships across the business to provide the highest level of customer service. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across global regions and are offered many career development opportunities.

Your Impact:

• Support several lines of work within People Shared Services including but not limited to background checks, exits, and compliance 
• Stakeholder management including but not limited to our payroll, people strategy (HR Business Partner) and benefits/comp team
• Project support for team initiatives around policy, compliance and more

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience:

• Background in administration or operations, human resources experience strongly preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with teams; strong client/customer service skills
• Well organized and proactive; can effectively prioritize and multi-task across multiple scopes of work with limited guidance 
• Ability to report, analyze and summarize data for stakeholders and leadership
• Competency in process improvements, using tools for automation as well as implementing fixes in broken processes; experience using HRIS systems strongly preferred
• Well versed in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Pay Range: $55,000 - $60,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
