You are:
In this role, you’ll join our HR Organization for Presort Services and will report to the HR Director. You will support the team onsite in Reading, PA.
You will:
- Provide consultation to managers/directors and all levels of employees in the areas of employee relations, performance management, employee focused initiatives, conflict management, and organizational restructuring.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues including conducting on-site investigations as needed.
- Engage with HR Centers of Excellence on execution of projects and programs that affect employees.
- Partner with leaders on the implementation of key performance initiatives.
- Work in an environment that includes nights and weekends and will require shift flexibility to support the team. Travel approximately 5%.
Your Background:
- 3 more years’ HR experience including employee relations investigations, HR policies/practices, and compliance
- Experience supporting large hourly employee base in warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Possess solid working knowledge of HR systems and processes (Workday preferred).
- Competency in conflict resolution and problem solving
- Must be able to work independently and able to execute HR programs on behalf of the company.
- Demonstrate high degree of emotional intelligence, business, and financial acumen
- Bilingual is a preferred qualification
