The Role

Who we are looking for
A Human Resources Administrator to join our team, providing support to our operations. You will work cross-functionally in human resources processes, in all steps of the employee lifecycle including employee benefits management.
The Human Resources team is responsible for the lifecycle of our people from their first day and beyond supporting employees throughout their careers. Located at our new US headquarters in Denver, you will play a key role in the delivery of first-class service to all our stakeholders.
In this role, you'll collaborate across various departments, engaging in all facets of the employee lifecycle. Your contributions will not only support our departments but also fuel our business growth.

The salary range for this position is $56,500 - $63,500 annually.
Preferred skills and experience
Detail oriented with strong commitment to follow through.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Educated to a Degree level or similar years of experience in a related field is preferred.
Ability to recognize when issues need to be escalated to the appropriate level of management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to communicate professionally, sensitively and discreetly both verbally and in writing.
Results oriented person with the ability to meet deadlines.
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced Human Resources department is essential.
Strong knowledge of medical and voluntary benefits programs, 401(k) plans, ADA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, HFWA.
Main Responsibilities
Administrating of all employee benefit programs including medical, dental, 401(K), life insurance, voluntary benefits, etc.
Acting as a primary contact with employees, carriers and third-party administrators regarding benefit plan provisions.
Processing of all benefits programs including enrollments, life events, terminations, plan changes and benefit related claims.
Working closely with the Payroll department to ensure that all employee contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in accordance with the rules of the plan.
Completing the entire hiring process from receiving job offer details from our Recruitment team to the On-Boarding of new starters on their first day.
Processing new starter documentation and completing right to work checks in line with statutory requirements
Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times and escalating to management when any critical issues are identified.
Assuring references and verification checks are carried out and recorded according to internal policies and procedures.
Managing employee documentation in line with data information security regulations.
Maintaining compliance with local and federal regulations e.g., ADA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, HFWA.
Handling general HR inquiries and administrative requests.
Updating employee records and information when applicable.
