Overview & Responsibilities
Purpose:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will work a hybrid schedule, in office in Jeannette, PA 3 days a week, work from home 2 days a week. The HRBP develops, monitors, and coordinates HR policies and practices across multiple groups led by Vice Presidents and Global Directors, providing both strategic and tactical support to drive HR initiatives and support business objectives. This role provides guidance with hands-on execution, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Business Partner assists leadership in interpreting and applying HR policies, delivering best practice guidance, and supporting effective day-to-day HR operations to enable senior leadership to meet organizational goals.
Background and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in related field.

Five years of experience in Human Resources.

Demonstrated knowledge of HR issues, employment laws, and company-specific HR procedures.

Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment in handling sensitive issues.

Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday experience preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience providing support to international teams is preferred.
Specific Job Responsibilities:

Partner with assigned Managers and Business Leaders to understand business needs and deliver HR solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Execute strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives, including organizational design, talent management, and succession planning.

Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to foster collaboration and engagement.

Conduct research, analyze data, and generate reports to influence decisions and recommend solutions.

Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, performance management, employee development, discipline and compensation.

Drive the recruitment and selection process to ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool, collaborating closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Conduct workforce planning and high-potential employee identification to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Support operational HR initiatives, including compliance activities, reporting, and process improvements.
