Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Human Resources (HR) Administrative Assistant to support our HR Compliance and HR Staffing teams. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working remotely for a U.S.-based company, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in Google tools (Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, etc.).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support both HR Compliance and HR Staffing teams with administrative tasks.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings using Google Calendar and Google Meet.
- Manage emails and communications, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Organize and maintain digital files and HR-related documents.
- Assist in tracking and filing certifications, resumes, and staffing needs.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Can accommodate HR Compliance and Staffing
REQUIRED** Qualifications:
- **1+ year of remote work experience with a U.S.-based company REQUIRED**
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Google tools (Google Calendar, Google Meet, Gmail, Google Docs, etc.).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.
- Must accommodate Mon-Fri 8-5 Pacific Time Zone hours (Non-negotiable)
