Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced HC Generalist to join our Team in Milan.
Job Overview:
In this role, you will work closely with the Assistant HC Manager on a day-to-day basis for Milan as well as for Athens Office, addressing various topics such as employee relations, providing operational support across the employee life cycle, and performing daily HC department operations. You will also be responsible for the administration of office policies, procedures, and programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting in the operational HR management
-
Master data entry into the HRIS system, maintain personnel employee files, administration of vacation accruals

Providing payroll information to the internal payroll team
-
Onboarding & Offboarding of employees
-
Assisting in termination and exits
-
Responsible for internship formalizations
-
Enrolling new colleagues in benefit plan and providing support to employees on the related topics
-
Support the HC invoices related process and the budget efforts
-
Monitoring of deadlines, maintenance of checklists and general correspondence
-
Providing advice and guidance to employees on HC and Payroll related matters
-
Managing basic employee relations cases independently

Responding to general enquiries related to employee matters

Providing employee training and/or information sessions in HC related benefits
Experience:
-
Experience working in generalist HC position for 1-2 years within Financial services, management consultancy and/or a professional services area
-
Master degree in HR field or related field
Skills:
-
Fluent in English and Italian
-
Greek language knowledge would be a plus
-
Good Powerpoint, Word, Outlook and Excel skills
-
Knowledge of Italian labour law and regulations
-
Greek payroll knowlodge a plus
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian
