Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage, optimize, and maintain our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HubSpot’s suite of tools, be proficient in workflow automation, data management, and reporting, and support teams across marketing and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and integrations to meet the needs of our business and improve efficiency.
- Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing guidance and support to users on HubSpot best practices and functionality.
- Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs within established SLAs. Perform root cause analysis for ongoing issues to ensure timely identification and resolution to prevent repeat issues.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generating reports to drive data-driven decisions.
- Oversee user roles, permissions, and security settings in HubSpot.
- Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors for HubSpot integrations with other tools and platforms.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot updates, best practices, and industry trends to ensure the platform is leveraged effectively.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of CRM data management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Proficiency in automation workflows, email marketing, and lead management.
- Experience with API integrations and third-party tools is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations and IT teams.
- Strong communication and training skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience administering HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- HubSpot certifications (HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub) are a plus.
