POSITION SUMMARY
The Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W compliance/performance.

About the role:
- Lead and implement C&W’s EH&S programs across U.S. Asset Services.
- Promote and communicate C&W’s safety culture and operating philosophies.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to prevent losses.
- Develop, maintain, and update SOPs for safe work practices and training.
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain logs and documentation for permits and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate accidents/incidents, conduct audits, and manage corrective actions.
- Support Workers' Compensation claims, tracking, and injury management.
- Ensure compliance with EH&S record-keeping and regulatory documentation.
- Participate in site inspections, audits, and ensure legal compliance.
- Develop and maintain online safety training in line with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and global EH&S to implement safety initiatives.
About you:
- Bachelor of Safety, Engineering or related sciences preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in Environmental Health and Safety
- Safety Certification (CSP or CIH) preferred
- Demonstrable success in Systems Management across multiple accounts/sites
- Subject Matter Expertise in EHS and relevant US Standards
- Well versed in OH&S legislation and regulation
- Well-developed research and report writing skills
- Sound Investigative and Auditing skills supported by formal training
