Children’s Wisconsin’s utilizes the Workday Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to support their HR, Finance, and Supply Chain as their primary software system. Workday is a cloud-based industry leader in ERP systems.
This internship will provide various learning opportunities to build a strong foundation in assisting in supporting HRIS and ERP systems for a large healthcare organization. Interns will gain experience in Workday analytics, reporting, AI & machine learning, setup and configuration, documentation, testing, security, and much more! In addition to gaining valuable work experience, this internship opportunity could lead to potential employment opportunities with Children’s Wisconsin after graduation.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate (Junior or Senior) or graduate program. Major/focus in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Health Care Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred skills and experience:

Experience with Office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Experience with database tools such as MS Access and SQL Server.

Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems such as Workday and Peoplesoft.

Programming skills such as R and SQL.
Work schedule:

Part-time work hours during 1st shift on days Mon – Fri around the intern’s school schedule.

Up to full-time work hours during the summer.
