Location: DocGo HQ, 685 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10017 (In office 5 days/ week)
Salary Range: $70,000 to $80,000 annually, with a 10% discretionary bonus

About The Job:
The Human Resources Information System (HRIS) WORKDAY Administrator will support and maintain the organization’s HRIS applications and modules, with a primary focus on Recruitment and Onboarding.
Responsibilities:

Oversees and maintains optimal function of organization's HRIS, Workday, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.

Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users with focus on Workday Recruiting and Onboarding module.

Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions.

Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.

Programs custom functions and documentation such as Offer Letters, Application & Pre-Hire documents, and reports.

Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects.

Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements.

Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS providers, vendors, and technology.

Supporting Talent Acquisition module and third party vendors

Ability to build and modify custom HCM reports and calculated fields

Knowledge of creating, loading, and troubleshooting EIBs

Familiarity with Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.

Ability to keep information confidential.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Appropriately handles sensitive matters and maintains confidentiality

Works well in a demanding and fast-paced environment, both independently as well as effectively within a team

Must have Workday ATS Configuration Experience
Education and Experience:
-
At least 3 years of related experience required.

Workday Recruiting and HCM experience highly desirable.

(Nice to have) Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
