How You'll Create Possibilities

Drive the entire employee life cycle with Workday HR transactions: from new hires to exits

  • Showcase your passion for data integrity, accuracy, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Be our in-house expert on Workday HR and its downstream impacts
  • Provide support to HR Managers with adhoc reports
  • Design compelling reports, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Ensure compliance by working on internal audit reports to ensure all government and GE Appliances rules & regulations are met
  • Be the change-maker by identifying and implementing process improvements

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, with a minimum of 2 years in administrative, data entry, customer service, or accounting roles
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and v-look ups
  • Proficiency in web-based applications
  • Flexibility and readiness to embrace change
  • Stellar customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven analytical ability and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with union/non-union employees
  • Associate’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field
  • Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) application experience
