Overview
Provide guidance, support and analysis of HCM systems, data and processes. Develop recommendations for enhancement of HCM systems and analytical tools. Provide support to stakeholders on identification, development and reporting of human capital metrics for assessing and improving HCM programs, HCM service delivery, and business performance. Document processes and promote data maturity and process discipline. Conduct research to remain current on industry trends. Partner with HCM leadership, IT and the business to leverage technology to improve the overall employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Optimize HRIS System (ADP WorkforceNow) functionality and promote configuration and utilization of self-service.
- Perform configuration for events, processes, and activities including approvals and workflow.
- Perform configuration of PTO plan/policies and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform complex reporting and analysis of data.
- Create ad hoc and scheduled reports for ongoing stakeholder needs.
- Perform employee data imports.
- Maintain tables and access/permissions in the HRIS System.
- Apply analytical thought and judgement to resolve complex system issues.
- Manage service requests for system issues and/or enhancements.
- Develop process documentation and support colleagues in preparation of documentation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare ADP job aids and provide training to ADP users.
- Assist colleagues in use of data to diagnose problems.
- Support projects/process improvement initiatives.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Bachelor's in human resources, Business Administration (or similar field) or equivalent Required
4 years progressive responsibility in HR technology or data management Required
ADP Workforce Now system experience required
KSAs
- Strong knowledge of HR information system structure, tables, processes, and reporting.
- ADP WFN knowledge and experience highly preferred.
- Ability to analyze alternatives and develop solutions to a variety of system issues.
- Ability to work independently with limited direction.
- Works with sense of urgency and timeliness.
- Experienced in applying task management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and proficient in other MS Office tools; quick to learn new systems/tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 yearly salary
The salary offered within this range will be based on the selected candidates’ skills, experience, education, market data, and internal parity. DLH may offer other rewards that may include performance incentives and program-specific awards. An applicant’s salary history will not be used to determine compensation.
