Tarkett has a great opportunity for a HRIS Analyst (Solon, OH)
We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join our talented team. This role will support the maintenance of the human resource management systems (Workday & ADP Workforce Manager). This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports Integrations between HRIS systems and vendors, HRIS upgrades, changes, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This role will be based in our Solon, OH location and will report to the HRIS Manager.
Job Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for the daily support, maintenance, and development of Tarkett’s HRIS systems (Workday and ADP Workforce Manager)

Designs, implements, and analyzes reports to determine the overall trends of the organizations

Manages, maintains and supports system integrations between Workday and Time & Attendance, Payroll and Benefit platforms

Significantly contributes to complex aspects of projects

Supports all aspects (project planning, system configuration, testing, and post go-live support) for the HRIS system (Workday) specifically the Payroll, Benefits module, Time & Attendance (ADP Workforce Manager) and Reporting modules

Prepare all reporting requests including Ad hoc requests, Government Reporting, Developing Dashboards (Workday), and regular frequency reporting

Recommends/implements enhancements in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining cross functional support, system configuration, testing and issue resolution

Ensures all changes and enhancements are well documented utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed

Performs additional duties and projects as assigned

Basic Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

At least 4 years of HRIS experience and currently certified in Workday is a plus
