Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual with expertise in Workday and data analytics to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring and optimizing Workday modules, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing analytics and reporting to support HR and management decision-making. Experience with Seafarer systems such as ADONIS is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Configuration and Optimization:
- Configure and maintain Workday modules, including ADONIS, HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Time Tracking, to meet business requirements.
- Optimize Workday processes to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Implement and manage Workday security configurations, ensuring appropriate access controls are in place.
Technical Support:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the Workday system, ensuring minimal disruption to HR operations.
- Manage data uploads, updates, and corrections using data management tools.
Functional Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, advising HR and other departments on best practices and system capabilities.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into Workday configurations and enhancements.
- Provide end-user support, including training and guidance on Workday features and processes.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Run data analytics and generate insights using Workday reporting tools.
- Create and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics within Workday to support business decision-making.
System Maintenance and Updates:
- Manage and execute system updates, including testing, deployment, and communication of new features and functionalities.
- Perform regular audits of the Workday system to ensure data accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.
Project Management:
- Lead or support Workday-related projects, such as new module implementations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants to address complex system issues and enhancements.
CompetencyEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years of Workday system administration experience, with both functional and technical responsibilities
- Experience running data analytics and generating actionable insights
- Experience with Seafarer systems such as ADONIS is a plus
- Proficiency in Workday HCM and at least one other module (e.g., Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits)
- Experience with Workday integrations, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and web services
- Experience with Workday security administration, including role-based permissions and user access controls
- Strong understanding of HR processes and how they are supported by Workday
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and enhancements
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

What We Do
Designed to combine the luxury lifestyle of The Ritz-Carlton® and the casual freedom of a yachting vacation, The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection will offer voyages on three custom-built yachts. Calling on unique and distinguished destinations alike, most voyages range from seven to ten nights, offering many overnight calls and uniquely curated experiences ashore. Each yacht will feature 149 suites, each with its own private terrace, and accommodate up to 298 guests in a relaxed, casually elegant atmosphere. As with The Ritz-Carlton® on land, each yacht will feature personalized service, elevated dining and luxury amenities. The yachts are also available for private charter.
