Main Tasks
- Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements
- Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).
- Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate
- Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners
- Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor
- Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes
- Cost center responsible for HR
- Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate)
- Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.
- Creation of HR relevant guidelines
- First contact for Works Council (including negotiations)
Your Profile
- University degree with specialization in human resources management
- 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Enforcement
- People-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to deal with constand change, flexibility
- Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
- Fluent Englisch and German
- Classical Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
- HR related IT-Systems
