Main Tasks

  • Ensure all HR processes for two Fresenius Medical Care companies in Austria (Krems & Vienna), taking into account Group-wide requirements
  • Creation of all related documents (e.g. service contracts & sheets).
  • Responsible for implementation of HR relevant processes, documents or systems required by Corporate
  • Accompanying salary adjustment processes in coordination with executives, the Comp&Ben department, management and, if applicable, global business partners
  • Perform and ensure compliance & quality compliant onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Prepare and release monthly payroll for external payroll vendor
  • Ensure compliance with labor law in the processes
  • Cost center responsible for HR
  • Provide HR key figures to various stakeholders (General Management, Management Team or Corporate)
  • Sparring partner for General Management on HR-related but also general issues.
  • Creation of HR relevant guidelines
  • First contact for Works Council (including negotiations)

Your Profile

  • University degree with specialization in human resources management
  • 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Enforcement
  • People-oriented thinking and acting
  • Willingness to deal with constand change, flexibility
  • Knowledge in the field of labor law and basic knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Fluent Englisch and German
  • Classical Office Tools (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • HR related IT-Systems
