You will be the on-site HR leader for our IL site, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping its identity and culture while being the go-to person for all people-related matters. You'll have the opportunity to influence the growth of a cutting-edge PR&D team, supporting innovative technology and unique work processes. As a strategic partner to leaders, you'll develop teams, implement scalable people processes, and foster a high-performing organization. You'll also collaborate with a global People Operations team that prioritizes excellence and employee growth. Most importantly, you'll be a culture champion, ensuring that work processes and employee experiences are deeply rooted in Augury’s people-first values. 

On-Site Presence – This role requires being in the office four days a week, with two days in Haifa and two days in Tel Aviv, to closely support teams, foster collaboration, and drive a strong workplace culture.

A Day In Your Life

  • Culture & Values Champion – Embed company values into work processes and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic HR Partner for PR&D – Align HR strategy with business goals, helping managers anticipate challenges, design org structures, and implement people processes to support growth.
  • Site HR Leader – Act as the go-to person for all people-related matters at the Israel site, ensuring seamless People Operations support.
  • Trusted Advisor to Leadership – Build strong, strategic partnerships with the Co-Founder & CPTO and broader leadership to identify challenges, drive solutions, and champion best practices that foster engagement, retention, and a people-first culture while scaling the PR&D teams and ensuring excellence.
  • People Strategy & Operations – Work cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, L&D, HRBPs and People Operations teams to implement onboarding, performance management, compensation, promotions, mobility initiatives etc.
  • Lead Strategic Change Management – Drive change management initiatives as the team adopts automated and AI-driven technologies, ensuring a smooth transition, enhancing efficiency, and aligning new ways of working with Augury business goals and company culture.
  • Employee Experience & Wellbeing – Collaborate with the Experience team to design welfare and wellbeing programs that enhance workplace culture.
  • Global Team Development – Support the growth and development of high-performing Augury global teams through strong HR frameworks.
  • Process Builder – Develop and iterate internal HR processes that will support scale, efficiency, and transparency, ensuring cross-functional collaboration and excellency.

What You Bring

  • Experience – 6-10 years as an HR Business Partner, with a proven track record of supporting leaders and scaling teams. Experience in a hypergrowth startup (200+ employees) strongly preferred
  • Business Acumen – Deep curiosity about the business and strategy, with the ability to translate them into team structures, roles, and skill development. A trusted advisor to managers and leadership on hiring, training, and talent development.
  • Global Perspective – Experience in a global, multicultural environment, adept at leveraging cultural differences to foster collaboration and alignment.
  • Intellectual Curiosity – A natural problem-solver who seeks to deeply understand the why behind decisions and applies learnings to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Interpersonal Savvy – Skilled at building trust-based relationships across all levels, from employees to executives. Comfortable working cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders, and driving impact in a collaborative environment.
  • Welfare and Experience - Cares about welfare and people's experience in Israel and globally.
