As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for leading our HR team and overseeing all processes related to people management. Responsibilities:

HR Team Management: Coordinate, train, and develop the Human Resources team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment with company policies.

HR Process Management: Supervise and optimize processes such as hiring, termination, time tracking, payroll, benefits, and labor calculations, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal obligations.

Performance Management and Skills Development: Implement and monitor performance evaluation processes, creating action plans for skills development.

Conflict Resolution: Act as a point of contact to resolve employee conflicts, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Labor Compliance: Ensure HR practices are in full compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and company policies.

HR Metrics Analysis: Monitor and analyze HR indicators such as turnover, absenteeism, and engagement, using insights for strategic decision-making.

Management Reporting: Prepare reports on performance metrics, turnover, productivity, and organizational climate to support top management.

Strategic Planning: Contribute to the company’s strategic planning by aligning HR practices with corporate objectives and driving organizational transformation.

People Management Systems: Ensure accuracy and standardization of data in local and global HR management systems.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.

Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related areas.

Postgraduate degree, MBA, or specialization is a plus.

Desired knowledge of HR management tools.

Good proficiency in Microsoft Office.

English Intermediate or more.

Good level of spanish would be a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong knowledge across all HR areas, including people management, benefits, and labor legislation.
