Job Description:
As an HR Trainee, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR team with a variety of tasks and projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in different HR functions and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Assist in managing the onboarding process, including requesting and reviewing documentation, handling internal hiring processes, managing access, and follow-up.

Internal Tools Management: Oversee the use of internal tools such as WorkDay and ServiceNow.

HR Processes Collaboration: Collaborate and participate in HR processes such as recruitment, training, and development.

Compensation and Benefits Projects: Participate in various compensation and benefits projects.

Payroll and Social Security Support: Assist in the preparation of payroll and social security documentation.

Employee Inquiries: Provide support in managing internal employee inquiries related to labor issues, remuneration, etc.

HR KPIs Reporting: Prepare and report on HR KPIs.

Key HR Projects: Participate in key HR projects (digitalization, process automation, data management) both locally and with the Group.
Qualifications:

Education: Degree in Labor Relations (preferably), Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Previous internships in similar roles will be valuable.

It is essential to be able to sign an internship agreement with a school or university.
