As a HR & TA Assistant, you'll be part of our dynamic People team, working directly with our local HR Business Partner in Madrid. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition but you will get involved in other aspects of HR and office life while contributing to the growth and success of a fast-paced tech company. You'll be involved in both strategic and operational HR initiatives that impact our local team of 50 Malters.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full recruitment cycle including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening CVs, building a pipeline of candidates and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (Lever) with candidate information and recruitment activity, interview notes.
- Prepare all offer documentation
- Assist in onboarding new Malters and help create an exceptional employee experience
- Help with the organisation of team events and local engagement initiatives
- Contribute to HR/TA reporting and analytics for the Spanish office
- Assist in implementing company-wide HR/TA projects at the local level
- Support with office management
About you
- Ideally you have some previous experience in recruitment
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR in the tech industry
- Experience with ATS systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication written and oral
- Natural ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
- Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow in TA/HR
- You are vibrant person with a passion for fostering a productive and positive work environment
- Fluent english and Spanish
