About this role
We’re looking for a Training Administrator (Working Student) to join our HR Learning & Development team. You will play a key role in supporting our training programs, ensuring smooth administration, and helping employees access the learning they need to grow. This role is ideal for a student who wants to develop their skills in HR, training coordination, and business support while balancing academic commitments.
What you will do

Training Administration – Scheduling training sessions, managing attendance records, and handling inquiries.

Learning Management System (LMS) Support – Uploading materials, tracking enrolments, and generating reports.

Coordination & Communication – Liaising with trainers, employees, and external providers to ensure seamless training delivery.

Data Management – Maintaining accurate training records and supporting compliance tracking.

Process Improvement – Helping identify ways to enhance training efficiency and employee learning experiences.
What you will need

Currently enrolled in university (preferably studying HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field).

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.

Interest in Learning & Development, HR, or Training Administration
