The role we are offering you:
This HR Specialist Technology position supports various Human Resources projects related to the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems, processes, and tools. The incumbent will work closely with project managers and other centers of expertise to deliver on-time and within-budget solutions that support the organization's overall human resources strategy. The candidate must have a high level of knowledge in HR reporting and analytics. Are you ready to:

Work independently or as part of a team to gather requirements for technology solutions supporting Human Resources programs.

Participate in system design reviews.

Identify opportunities for improvement of existing Human Resources processes through the use of technology.

Support system testing and user acceptance testing.

Develop training materials and provides orientation sessions for users of new technology.

Conduct follow-up evaluations of technology solutions to ensure they are meeting business needs.
Our ideal candidate has:
-
Post-secondary education required (e.g., Bachelor’s degree preferred).
-
Relevant experience working in a Human Resources environment using Workday considered an asset.
-
Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
-
High knowledge in HR reporting and analytics.
-
Knowledge of integration systems is a plus.

Specialization in Human Capital Management, payroll, benefits, and time management modules (proficiency in at least three out of these four areas is preferred).

Knowledge of HR policies and practices considered an asset.

Knowledge of project management methodology considered an asset.
