Job Summary:
Illuminate USA is seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Technology and Analytics Leader to manage our HR systems management, integration, and overall configuration in partnership with IT, with a specific focus on Workday. This role will be responsible for building our HRIS and people technology roadmap, developing the team, and partnering with Learning & Development (L&D) and HR to train and educate the entire organization on the HR systems. This role is an integral part of the people and culture ecosystem and the foundation for our people strategy and associate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the HR systems management and integration efforts, ensuring seamless operation in partnership with IT, with a heavy focus on Workday.
- Develop and implement the HRIS and HR Tech roadmap to support the company's growth and strategic and operational goals.
- Build and develop a high-performing team to manage HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to configure and deliver comprehensive Learning Management System (LMS).
- Oversee the configuration and optimization of Workday to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Facilitate education and ongoing learning to ensure adoption of the core HR system enables accurate and on time people processes including but not limited to time and absence management, payroll, benefits, compensation and talent processes.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within HR systems.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, providing recommendations for improvements.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and systems management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (15 years) in HR systems management, with at least 5 years of leading teams in this space.
- Strong understanding of Workday and HR technology, and integration processes.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated expertise in data security, integrity, and compliance within HR systems.
- Proficiency in Workday and related technologies.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
