We are looking for an experienced HR Talent Partner to join our mission as we continue to grow and scale. Working closely with hiring managers, you will optimize processes for offering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience at every touch point, while also building talented candidate pipelines for our roles. Your eagerness and passion to contribute to the recruitment function, coupled with your aim to attract premier talent. This is a fast-paced role in a somewhat ambiguous and ever changing environment so ability to be flexible is key to success.
Qualifications:

8+ years of G&A | Finance and Executive recruiting experience
-
2+ years operating as a lead and/or mentor for highly complex recruiting deliverables
-
Experience improving Talent processes, with previous experience scaling programs
-
Proven experience working cross-functionally with G&A, Finance, and leadership teams to drive change management of programs/projects
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Experience with workforce planning, hiring plans, business reporting, and presenting and discussing insights to relevant business stakeholders
Responsibilities:

Lead recruiting efforts across G&A | Finance and Executive.

Build talent mapping and sourcing best practices across highly specialized engineering positions while mentoring, developing and growing team members

Improve the Talent engine, leveraging technology and automation to streamline operations
-
Oversee and drive strategies and execution across a wide range of interview and recruiting processes

Partner closely with HRBP and Talent Management to build scalable people processes and programs that enable rapid growth
-
Partner with PeopleOps partners to improve candidate hiring processes, onboarding, candidate surveys and quality of hire
-
Develop consistent and repeatable reporting of all hiring activities and KPI’s for the Talent team and internal stakeholders

Analyze reporting to drive key performance, decision making and overall productivity and satisfaction metrics
