About the role
As HR Support employee:

You execute all HR administrative requests from employees and managers from our . You can think about onboarding, offboarding, buying holidays, special leave etc.

You maintain the information in the HR systems regarding, for example, sick leave, pension and you also ensure that the personnel files are updated.

You proactively inform the internal employees about current affairs and changes in the field of personnel policy.

You are the contact partner for external parties as the Social Security Office, and the Health & Safety service.

You actively participate in HR-related projects that aim for further development of the Shared Service Center that supports the Netherlands organization.
What you will need
-
A completed college degree or above.
-
Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in the administration of Employee Services and Employee Benefits.

Familiar with operational HR processes, employment law and regulations.

Experience working in or with a remote Shared Service Center.

Proficiency in English.
-
Last but not least, you are a real team player with excellent communication skills.
