We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our Israel and EMEA HR team. The HR Specialist will be responsible for providing HR support for the Israel and EMEA business units at JFrog. This is a role for someone who would be excited about contributing at hands-on level and have a proven track record of driving results and managing great relationships. This position requires an extremely energetic person, with great interpersonal skills and the ability to apply judgment in complex situations. It also requires orientation for data and details and innovative thinking.
We are looking for someone who possesses a ‘can-do’ approach and the ability to manage multiple and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
As an HR Specialist at JFrog, you will:
- Partner closely with employees and managers to help them with HR full life cycle activities
- Focus on “sensing” to bring valuable insights to HR management and JFrog business units
- Facilitate onboarding, multiple ongoing employee lifecycle activities, and offboarding processes, collaborating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and those departing
- Analyze HR related data and create action plans that drive value to the business
- Assist with the implementation and management of all HR policies and programs across the organization (employee relations, performance & talent management, org structure, training and development and special projects)
- Drive HR process improvement by gaining an understanding of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and scalability
- Support ongoing tasks and projects within the HR department
To be an HR Specialist at JFrog, you need:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR related roles, preferable as an HR Specialist/Partner in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with human resource concepts, practices and programs, including relevant labor law
- Eager to learn, able to bring the “outside in” with the ability to plan well as implement & track
- Detail-oriented, precise, and highly accurate, especially when working with data
- Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable, and passionate about driving results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Customer oriented
- Project management abilities
- Bachelor / Master degree in psychology or related fields
- Excellent English
