What You’ll Do as an HR Specialist
As an HR Specialist, you’ll play a key role in HR operations, employee support, and data management to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
🔹 HR Data & System Management
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and master lists.
- Support HRIS functions, including new hire enrollment and data updates.
- Generate basic HR reports and assist with data collection and analysis.
🔹 Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, system orientation, and documentation.
- Assist in setting up payroll bank accounts and distributing ATM cards.
- Manage employee clearance, exit processes, and system updates.
🔹 Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and leave tracking.
- Handle statutory benefits inquiries and provide guidance to employees.
- Validate billing transactions related to HR benefits and services.
🔹 HR Support & Employee Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
- Assist employees with attendance-related concerns and HRIS issues.
- Support supply requests and internal coordination with other departments.
- Help maintain compliance with HR policies, processes, and statutory regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is preferred, but not required.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data management is a plus!
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and statutory benefits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – You’ll be working with employees across different teams!
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and data tracking tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be willing to work night shifts at our Pasig office.
