As a Specialist, People Team Operations, you will work with Stout colleagues from the time they begin their recruiting journey to offboarding and everything in between. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a superior colleague experience by coordinating, executing, and actively managing various work streams for our recruiters, hiring managers, and various Human Resources and Operations team members. Additionally, you will provide guidance to others performing these same duties. This position will play a crucial role in aligning Stout’s workforce strategy with our business objectives.
Onboarding:
· Guide new hires through onboarding tasks, schedules, and background checks.
· Communicate responsibilities, deadlines, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
· Manage onboarding inquiries and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Recruiting:
· Support interview scheduling, candidate travel, offer letter generation, and referral bonuses.
· Update job descriptions, post requisitions, and coordinate campus recruiting events.
Benefits:
· Address benefit inquiries and assist with open enrollment communications.
· Track leaves of absence and support benefits-related processes.
Learning & Development:
· Assign and schedule learning courses, maintain course skills, and assist with training logistics.
Other Duties:
· Process HRIS worker changes, prepare documents/reports, and assist with offboarding.
· Perform additional tasks as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
· Highly organized with great attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to operate with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Comfort working autonomously and collaboratively.
· Strong leadership and supervisory skills to guide team members effectively.
· Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
· Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook calendars, Word, and Excel
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in an HR Operations role.
· Intermediate knowledge level of recruiting, onboarding, and HR/People operations.
· Prior experience supervising or leading others in a similar capacity.
· Prior experience processing transactions in HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
· Previous employment in the professional services industry, highly preferred.
