Job Description
We're looking for an HR Specialist to join our organization and play a crucial role in supporting our International HR Teams. As part of InPost, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with experts from around the world. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting cutting-edge HR solutions, driving employee engagement, and optimizing HR processes across our international organization.
Responisbilites:
Conducting New Employee Onboarding and Offboarding Programme:

Lead the onboarding process for new hires in the Technology, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Develop and deliver orientation sessions, providing new employees with essential information about company policies, procedures, and culture.

Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring all necessary steps are completed, including exit interviews.

Collecting & analysing onboarding and offboarding data for further improvement
Support Learning and Development Initiatives:

Support or own L&D processes and workshops aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.

Identify learning needs within the Technology and work with the L&D team to address these needs through tailored training solutions.

Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvements.
Providing Advice and Support on HR Matters:

Act as the point of contact for HR administration-related queries for employees, managers and HRBPs

Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in collaboration with the HRBPs.

Keep the Technology team structure in HRIS updated
Supporting Other HR Processes Across the Company:

Assist in the implementation and execution of company-wide HR initiatives and projects.

Participate in the development and continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.

Provide support for recruitment, talent management, HRBPs as needed.

Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Collaborating with Cross-Functional HR Teams:

Work closely with HR teams from other departments to ensure the consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

Share best practices and coordinate efforts to improve overall HR service delivery.

Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive organizational goals.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ relevant HR experience
- Master degree (social science, psychology, law, economy...)

Excellent coordination and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Conflict resolution and problem-solving ability
-
Polish Labor Law acumen
-
English at minimum B2 level
